Ludovico (Dodo) Versino

Ludovico (Dodo) Versino, who holds a diploma in Music Education from the Santa Cecilia Conservatory and a degree from DAMS, has been working in the entertainment industry for a couple of decades as an actor, voice actor, and musician.

He has lent his voice to films, TV series, documentaries, and commercials, and recently he has also been working as a singing dubbing director and teacher.

In the field of music, he has founded and directed a myriad of vocal groups and choirs: Anonima Armonisti, Coro Cantering, il coro che non c'è, Coro della Collina, Grifoncoro, Minuscolo Spazio Vocale, Occhi Chiusi In Mare Aperto, and Coro Zenzero. He has also organized festivals and events, including Vokalfest, and launched dozens of school choir projects in various high schools in Rome: Albertelli, Augusto, Avogadro, Carducci, Catullo, Cavour, De Sanctis, Einaudi, Keplero, Lucrezio Caro, Mamiani, Morgagni, Newton, Nomentano, Plinio, Righi, Tacito, Tasso, Tullio Levi Civita, and Visconti.

He recently became director of the Chorus and Cantoria at the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia and of the Coro Polifonico MuSa at La Sapienza University.

With the Decanto Association, in collaboration with Claudia Gili, he has also launched the Dirigitu project, a choral conducting workshop created to train a new generation of choir conductors.
