Music Director of the Musica Libera Tutti Orchestra in Scampia, a project inspired by El Sistema, which promotes social inclusion through music.
He made his debut in November 2021 at the prestigious Tokyo Opera City Hall in an opera gala with tenor Stefan Pop, then conducted Donizetti's L'Elisir d'Amore at the Shibuya Cultural Center Owada, receiving widespread acclaim from audiences and critics alike. In 2022 and 2023, he was invited to Japan for productions and opera galas, conducting world-renowned artists such as Hiromi Omura and Stefan Pop in iconic theaters such as the Bunkamura Orchard Hall and with the production of Cavalleria Rusticana in Tokyo and Osaka.
A finalist for the Antonino Votto Prize (2019), semifinalist in the 3rd Concurso Internacional de Dirección de Orquesta Universidad de Almería and the Riccardo Muti Opera Academy 2023, he received a special mention at the London Classical Soloists Conducting Competition and the A.R.E.C. Campania scholarship for artistic merit. In 2022, he was selected for the Donizetti Opera Festival's Young Conductors Project.
He has collaborated as assistant to internationally renowned conductors, including Nello Santi(La Traviata, Rigoletto, Nabucco, Lucia di Lammermoor) and Sesto Quatrini (Tosca), with top-level casts, including Francesco Meli, Luca Salsi, and Chiara Isotton.
He has conducted prestigious orchestras, including the Osaka Symphony Orchestra, the Pacific Philharmonia Tokyo, the Malta Philharmonic Orchestra, the London Classical Soloists, and many others, collaborating with major festivals such as the Ravello Festival and the Napoli Teatro Festival.
Among the artists he has worked with are world-renowned soloists such as Stefan Pop, Hiromi Omura, and Yurie Takano, as well as directors such as Roberto De Simone and Mariano Bauduin.
He graduated with honors and distinction in Orchestral Conducting from the Conservatory of San Pietro a Majella with Francesco Vizioli, and perfected his studies with internationally renowned maestros such as Riccardo Muti, Riccardo Frizza, Mark Stringer, and Clark Rundell.
Passionate about rediscovering the Neapolitan repertoire, he has conducted operas such as L'Uccellatrice by N. Jommelli and Festa Teatrale by G. Paisiello. In 2018, he founded the Megaride Ensemble, with which he performed at the 2019 Ravello Festival and with the Nuova Orchestra Scarlatti, receiving important awards.
